Judy McDonough was hired by W Publishing Group, a nonfiction imprint of Thomas Nelson, as director of publicity. Stephanie Newton, who previously held this position, is now HarperCollins Christian Publishing’s marketing director of backlist.

McDonough comes to W Publishing with 20 years of PR and media experience in music and entertainment, having run her own independent PR firm, JEMMedia for the last seven years. Prior to that, she was publicist at Capitol Records Nashville.
