A report out this week by the Social Media Examiner, shows consumers are forgoing a linear purchase path. The report factored 2000+ U.S. consumers revealing new buying trends and how store employees can help deliver a smarter retail experience. The report, is among those that will be highlighted in UNITE workshops next month. The report outlines how more consumers are using the cloud, social, mobile, Internet of Things (loT), and artificial intelligence (Al) to research and shop in new ways. The study revealed consumers are increasingly frustrated with retailers who fail to meet their growing expectations. Report highlights and marketing tools that address consumer needs will be covered in a social media workshop led by Circle Take Productions CEO Deborah Mash, and social media expert Giovanni Gallucci.
