Training at the International Christian Retail Show

At the International Christian Retail Show held every summer, retailers can participate in a variety of training opportunities: 

  • Professional Christian Retailer (PCR) courses – Learn the essentials of Christian retail and pursue certification as a Professional Christian Retailer.
  • Workshops - Learn from leading industry speakers and fellow retailers. Each workshop has examples of best practices, case studies, and/or top speakers from our industry. The workshops are filled with practical ideas and concepts that can work in your store.
  • Retail Application Labs - If you want to try things out for yourself, retail application labs are for you! In the Class part of the session, you receive instruction about various topics such as cycle counting and inventory management. Then in the Lab part of the session, you will have the opportunity to further explore those topics and their technology in a hands-on atmosphere with guided instruction.
  • Prospective Retailer Seminar - This highly praised seminar delivers all the information and answers you need if you are a prospective or new storeowner. Evaluate whether you have the necessary combination of talent, capital, and desire to succeed in Christian retail. You’ll also learn how to strengthen your business plan, choose the right amount of inventory for your store, discover how to balance the ministry/business aspects, and much, much more.
