Self-contained, multimedia training, this CD equips your retail staff to better serve customers who want or need to buy Bibles. The interactive training was developed cooperatively by industry retailers and Bible publishers to give your frontliners the information and skills to determine what your customers need and how to fill that need.

The training is three-levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced levels that include basic information on Bible history, translations, etc.; terminology; Bible categories; advanced customer-service techniques; and more.

This project began when Zondervan research discovered that nearly half the customers who come into Christian stores to purchase a Bible leave without buying one. Customers are overwhelmed by Bible choices and need knowledgeable help. The Bible-training CD addresses these frontline issues so people who want Bibles can find an appropriate one and begin using it.

Frontline staffers who complete the CD-based training receive a free Bible of their choosing for each level completed.
