Box of Knowledge

The Box of Knowledge is a new, wonderful, low-tech tool developed to help retail managers and supervisors improve their coaching skills, which will, in turn, improve their Frontline team’s customer service and sales skills.  Customized for the Christian retail industry by Planet Management Consulting, each plastic storage box contains 200 cards featuring simulations and coaching tips, which have been tested in 14 Christian retail stores, as well as instructions on how to facilitate and coach through a training session. For more information about this program, you may want to order the audio recording from the workshop held at the International Christian Retail Show 2005, called "Box of Knowledge: Building Frontline Skills in Your Store!"
