Prioritizing, Planning, and Progress
Industries that create and support trade associations are often faced with the challenging task of sifting through a long, sometimes overwhelming list of things they COULD work on, individually and collectively.
Often, it falls to the trade association to guide the membership through the varied, shifting priorities to identify those things that need the greatest collective attention and would have the greatest impact on the health and success of the industry, the things that members SHOULD work on.
The Christian Retail Channel is no exception.
For nearly 60 years, CBA members have looked to their Association to help them by leading the industry in analyzing critical issues, developing industry-wide strategic direction, and calling the industry to action.
In recent years, we have worked together with our members to address supply chain issues, focus on the "Critical Issues" campaign, and multiply sales through the ImpactX2 campaign.
Beginning in early 2007, CBA launched a new strategic initiative for the benefit of our members to strengthen the foundations for Christian retail’s present growth and future success, entitled More From the Core.
