The glue that binds an organization together is often described as its "culture." It is the collection of values, beliefs, symbols, and norms an organization follows and that define what it is and how it does business each and every day.
CBA strives to maintain a high-performance culture and is deliberately shaped by the "CBA Way" as outlined in the seven Principles of Performance listed below. The CBA Way represents shared organizational values that guide employee behavior and influence business practices as our organization delivers on its promises to our members, co-workers, and in our day-to-day work.
