CBA Board of Directors

The CBA Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight to CBA.

Comprised of 12 members, the Board includes four independent retailers, one national chain or franchise retailer, three suppliers, two at-large positions, the Board Chairman, and the CBA Executive Director.  Each independent retailer on the Board is chosen by a segment of CBA's independent retailer membership based on their annual sales volume.
