What does Boot Camp cost?
Early Bird registration is $449 until March 16; Regular $499 on or after March 17.
Where will Boot Camp be held?
David C Cook headquarters, 4050 Lee Vance View; Colorado Springs, CO 80918, in the Bayly Chapel.
Where is the host hotel and how do I reserve my room?
Homewood Suites by Hilton in Northern Colorado Springs, 9130 Explorer Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 8920, is the host hotel, a full featured business hotel. After you register for Boot Camp, CBA will send you a private hotel link with your event confirmation.
What is the Homewood Suites group room rate and what does it include?
$129 + tax (approximately $142 per evening), add $10 daily for each additional guest up to four total.
Choose between one-bedroom non-smoking king or two double-bed suites, both filled with comfortable features of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a dining area off the kitchen that doubles as a workspace. A separate living area features a full-sized sofa bed, a comfortable chair and television with remote control and movie channel entertainment. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet access.
How long may I use the group rate at Homewood Suites?
The rate is good three days pre- and post-event, April 26-May 5, 2018.
Can I share a room and split the costs?
Room-sharing is available. If interested, mark the room-sharing box on the Boot Camp registration form and CBA will send you details. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
What is the cutoff date for booking my hotel room?
Book by March 30, 2018. Rooms may still be booked after this date but are subject to availability.
Which meals are included?
If staying at Homewood Suites, you have access to the daily Suite Start Hot Breakfast Buffet plus Evening Receptions Monday through Thursday serving light dinner and beverages.
Your Boot Camp registration fee covers lunch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at David C Cook’s great employee restaurant.
An optional group dinner is scheduled Monday evening.
Tuesday and Wednesday dinners will be on your own. There are many dining options at the Promenade Shops of Briargate across the street from the hotel.
How do I cancel my hotel room?
Reservations must cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees; simply call (719) 265-6600.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably. Most attendees wear business casual. Due to unpredictable temperature swings, we recommend wearing layers to ensure your comfort.
What should I bring?
It’s advisable to bring a calculator and highlighter. A course manual is provided.

How do I set up a personal consultation with my Friedman Group Trainer?

How do I get a discounted airport shuttle?
Call (719) 237-2646 at least two weeks in advance for discounted rate and details. Discounted rates are: Denver International Airport to hotel, $40 one-way; Colorado Springs Airport to hotel, $30 one-way.
